Sometimes a rebrand means throwing everything out and starting from scratch. Other times, it means resisting the temptation to do just that. It means finding new meaning in words that have grown stale. It means reworking an old premise so that it shows new promise. Such was the case in Washington DC, where “working 4 you” scored so highly in viewer recall and attribution, it was deemed deserving of new life.
